I am a Certified Notary Signing Agent licensed in the state of California. As a member of the National Notary Association I can provide general notary and loan signing services.
I work out of Carlsbad, but will travel anywhere within San Diego County. I am available after normal business hours, weekends, and often at short notice; no extra charge!
Basic Notary Services (Acknowledgements and Jurats):
I charge the state approved fee of $10 per notarized signature. If I need to travel to you outside of North San Diego County there may be a travel fee assessed based on the distance (usually $25).
Loan Signing Services:
I have done many loan signings and am very familiar with all the documents and procedures. I charge a minimum fee of $125 for anywhere within North San Diego County for up to 12 notarized signatures. Otherwise the $10 per notarized signature applies.
Document Preparation:
If you prefer, you can email loan documents and I will print them (legal or letter sized) to bring to the signing. My software and printers accept most formats, including PDF. You can also fax them if that is acceptable to your funder. My fee for document preparation is an additional $25 for up to 200 printed pages.
